Are you an experienced teacher who is passionate about shaping the future of education through digital technology?  Do you thrive on innovation and collaboration?  Look no further!  We’re seeking a dynamic and visionary Digital Provision Leader to lead the charge in transforming learning experiences across Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT).

As our Digital Provision Leader, not only will you be an exceptional practitioner in your own right, but you’ll also be the driving force behind technology innovation within PACT.  Your mission? To empower our children to succeed in both education and life.

Applications are sought from candidates who will lead the way, spearheading digital innovation across our schools, ensuring our students and staff have access to cutting-edge tools and resources, and the knowledge, skills and confidence to use technology effectively.  Working closely with our Executive Leadership and school leadership teams, you’ll shape and deliver on strategic plans that elevate our digital provision across the organisation.  It should be noted that this is not a Computing subject role. 

We wish to appoint a Digital Provision Leader who has:

  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • A proven track record of effective classroom practice leading to excellent outcomes for pupils/students.
  • Experience leading change and effective improvement strategies to raise standards for pupils/students of all abilities.
  • The ability to use innovative approaches to the development of teaching and learning.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop training programmes/resources and lead training sessions. 
  • The ability to think strategically, creatively and to prioritise effectively.
