Your Opportunity
Are you a great Early Years leader with a track record of improvement across EYFS settings? We are looking to appoint an inspirational and highly effective Trust Early Years leader to lead on the development of highly effective practice across the Trust.
This will include the monitoring, evaluation and review of standards and provision within Early Years settings across each of our 17 primary schools.
You will play a leading and highly visible role in the improvement of teaching and learning in the Early Years, ensuring the best possible start for our youngest 1,000 pupils.
Unity Trust has a strong track record of improvement and we want to ensure that we build on this moving forward. Your new role within this new post will be integral in ensuring that this is achieved.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who has significant experience of leading Early Years within multiple primary schools with a proven track record of positive outcomes for all pupils in EYFS as well as experience of supporting schools beyond your own setting.
You will need to have the ability to draw on ideas from research and experience to improve practice within our schools and have an awareness of curriculum changes.
We are seeking a confident and innovative practitioner who can drive our schools forward and ensure parity across our academies.
