Trust Financial Accountant and Clerk to the Board of Trustees (part time)

Actual annual salary: £24,611

Scale PO3 Point 38  (Range 38-41)

Pattern of hours: 30 hours per week, exact pattern of days/hours to be agreed

with half an hour unpaid lunchbreak, term time only plus 10 additional days

We are seeking to appoint, as soon as possible, an enthusiastic, experienced and adaptable Financial Accountant to join our Trust Team to ensure that the statutory obligations of the Trust are met and to produce monthly accounts and key reconciliations. As Clerk to the Trustees advise on current governance and legislative framework.

Key responsibilities:  

*  Produce monthly management accounts and reconciliations 

* Produce the annual statutory accounts 

* Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process  

* Act as clerk to the Trustees
