The Trust is looking to appoint a proactive and organised individual to support the delivery of an efficient, effective and people-focused HR service for the two secondary and four primary academies in the Trust.

The successful candidate will provide a high quality administration service to support the work of the Trust HR Services Manager and Trust HR Consultant in addition to undertaking a range of HR processes including staff recruitment, induction and the management of contracts.

The Trust HR Administration Officer will support the development and implementation of all Trust HR policies and provide HR employment advice, guidance and support to leaders and managers helping to ensure that policies and procedures are operated appropriately.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have strong administration skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and high professional standards
  • Be organised and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Have an understanding of HR processes and good practice
  • Be enthusiastic to work across the range of schools within the Maltby Learning Trust.
