Trust Teaching and Learning Leader
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced and committed leader with responsibility for supporting the development of teaching and learning across our Trust. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across our schools to share best practice and develop skills and knowledge.
The role will involve:
- Creating a shared vision for excellent teaching and learning across our Trust.
- Leading on Trust wide initiatives to support the development and consistency of teaching and learning.
- Working directly with teachers and leaders across the Trust to exemplify best practice.
Interested candidates will:
- Have a record of exceptional teaching across the Primary age range.
- Proven experience of leading learning in a way that motivates and ignites the passion in others.
- Be bold, optimistic and tenacious in setting and achieving high standards.
