Upper KS2/Middle School Teacher

Escola Global is looking to appoint an experienced teacher of Upper KS2/Middle School to start in January 2018. The ideal candidate will be a team player who would be able to take on the  role of main class teacher for literacy, maths, humanities and science for  Year 7 and possibly some responsibility for small group work in years 5, 6 and 8, depending upon their specialisms.

Candidates must have experience teaching the British National Curriculum at upper KS2 or KS3 and have the ability to adopt a project based learning approach where subjects are, as far as possible, taught around a common theme in collaboration with other teachers. 

The school is located in the University Science Park, just 10 minutes from Palma centre, in pleasant countryside. It is only 20 minutes from Mallorca airport and a short 30minute flight to Barcelona (residents are entitled to a 50% discount on flights). Mallorca Airport operates all year round and offers multiple low-cost opportunities to a range of destinations.
