Job overview

We are looking to update and expand our bank of part time lecturers in the above subject. We are advertising for lecturers who would be available at short notice to fulfil any staffing needs that we might have during the academic year due to long term staff absence for example.

Applicants would be teaching on our FdSc Computing Technology and BSc Applied Computing Technologies courses and should hold a Masters degree or similar professional qualification and a recognised teaching qualification, with the energy and enthusiasm needed to contribute to a successful College.

Desirably, applicants would have specialist skills in areas such as:

Networking

· Cloud Computing

· Network Modelling & Simulations

· Programming

· Database design and implementation.

· ITIL

· Web Development

· Client side & Server side programming

· Digital Forensics

· Ethical Hacking

· Digital Media

· Project Management

Also, a background of computing in a practical/industrial context would be beneficial.
