This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader to join our Federation leading the Secondary phase of our all-through 3-18 academy. We are looking for an inspirational candidate to become our Vice Principal who will work closely alongside the Principal to increase the life chances of our pupils in South East London.
You will have the commitment, drive and ambition to achieve high expectations and standards, making a real impact to the progress and lives of the pupils and staff. You will have experience of effective school improvement and the ability to motivate a successful and effective team.
