Like all the schools within the Trinity MAT, St Chad’s is guided by the Trust’s four core principles:

Empathy – Honesty – Respect – Responsibility

We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspirational Vice Principal to join our team. In this role you will:

  • Strategically lead the direction and development of the academy in accordance with its ethos and vision.
  • Raise standards of pupil attainment across the academy.
  • Monitor, evaluate and review outcomes in relation to pupil progress.
  • Support the creation and implementation of the academy improvement plan and take sole responsibility for appropriately delegated aspects of it.
  • Provide professional leadership and management of Teaching and Learning throughout the school and support all staff in achieving the priorities and targets which the academy sets for itself.

What we need?

  • An experienced leader with a track record of success.
  • A candidate with an aptitude for delivering and developing quality teaching.

What can we offer you?

  • The opportunity to work with a progressive and forward thinking, Multi Academy Trust, where you are making the difference to the lives of hundreds of young people.
  • Opportunities for development and career progression.
  • A range of staff benefits including subsidised health cover and cycle to work scheme.

We are an ambitious and growing Trust which has eleven schools in total: seven secondary schools, three primary schools and one post-16 academy, spanning five local authorities. This is an opportunity to join a high-impact leadership team, and experience cross-Trust working with members of the senior leadership teams from each of our academies as well as our colleagues at Trinity Institute of Education, West Yorkshire Maths Hub and White Rose Maths.

Start date:          4 January 2022

Closing date:      9am Wednesday 27 October 2021

Interviews:          Friday 29 October 2021

Trinity Multi-Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  All appointments are made subject to an enhanced DBS check.  We are an equal opportunities employer and want our staff profile to reflect the community we serve.
