Role Title: Vice Principal (Life Skills and Adult Learning)
Location: All sites, Coleg Cambria
Salary: £78,900 - £84,477
We are seeking an outstanding leader to join our senior management team at Coleg Cambria. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic management of the Directorate of Life Skills and Adult Learning, with experience within the field of adults, community learning and foundation learning . The role works across all sites with a focus on the delivery of foundation learning and life skills programmes for 16-18 year olds including Independent Living Skills (ILS) and development and delivery of essential skills such as maths and English across the college. Adult education includes ESOL and Adult and Community Learning as well as adult basic skills.
This is an inspirational role to drive the Curriculum/provision across the College, supporting a culture of fairness, transparency, open communication and empowerment to recognise the achievement of our staff and learners. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership in the FE sector, backed by strong evidence of excellent communication, a commitment to wellbeing driving student outcomes, forward strategic thinking, embedding aspirational teaching and learning and innovative curriculum delivery.
