This is an exciting opportunity, for an experienced Teacher And coach to join our highly successful, committed and well-established Sport Faculty. The College and its Sports Faculty are embarking on and exciting yet challenging journey to change the Physical Education (PE) and sporting land scape both at St Joseph’s College and Nationally.
The department has a long-standing history of success at local, regional and national levels across a range of sports. We are privileged to boast amazing facilities of which are all on site, including sports halls, award winning outdoor pitches, state of the art all weather surface and purpose-built strength and conditioning gym which is accessible to all students, new cricket pavilion, outdoor nets and a purpose-built indoor cricket facility.
We have strong links with local clubs and community providers as well as high level sporting organisations, the College is the Ipswich Town Women’s Super League Academy Partner and education provider. In addition, our long standing position with the schools rugby continues to grow with established working relationships with UK Premiership Rugby Clubs and our Official Academy Partner: Ealing Trailfinders RFC.
We are seeking to appoint a part time volunteerathletic development coach for one academic year work placement.
