Do you enjoy meeting and talking to people?
As our Welcoming & Welfare Officer you will need to be an excellent communicator, have a great telephone manner, good organisation and ICT skills and enjoy working as part of a team. You will also be the principal First Aider for the school. The main duties will include:
- Welcoming parents and visitors
- Managing the Reception area
- Keeping pupil database using SIMS system and producing regular attendance reports
- Provide administration support to the rest of the school team
- To maintain clerical records of minor/major injuries
- To provide first aid care for the children and staff
The successful candidate will have experience in a frontline role and show empathy for children. A valid First Aid certificate is desirable although training will be given. We can offer you:
