Job overview
The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, organised and broker access to arange of specialist services to reduce barriers to learning and to enable students to successfully complete their programmes. You will need to be focussed on high quality outcomes for students in all aspects of this work and to work closely within an advisory capacity with staff and external partners.Your relationship building skills and awareness of at risk measures will ensure that you are successful in this vital and important student facing role.
It is essential that the applicant has a high standard of IT and problem solving skills as well as excellent attention to detail. You must also have strong written, excellent communication and time management skills and an excellent working knowledge of learning support funding.

Cambridge Regional College is a co-educational further education college located in Cambridge. Providing places to students aged 14 and over, the college has several thousand learners young and old, full and part-time. Cambridge Regional College has seen extensive redevelopment and modernisation over the years, and as such can boast of a wide range of modern teaching and recreational facilities, with the most recent major development, which opened in 2011, providing the college with a brand new Low Carbon Centre. The college also plays host to a number of vocational teaching workshops and study areas.
