Pay Range: WSCC Grade 6 Points 9 to 12
Actual Salary: £17292 - £18350 + Crawley Weighting Allowance
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, Term Time only + INSETS

We are seeking to appoint a Work Experience Coordinator to support the school in building the capacity and capability to deliver high quality work experience and industry placements for students on full time Study Programmes in Key Stage 4 and 5.
This is a key role which will help prepare our learners for the world of work, and we are looking for a coordinator who is enthusiastic and dedicated to helping young people succeed, with excellent organisational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key duties will include managing Pathways and the work-related learning programmes (KS4 & KS5), planning and evaluating models for integrating WRL, Pathways & CEIAG in the Curriculum and maintaining effective communication with students, staff and other stakeholders.
