Year 1 Classroom Teacher
MPS/UPS
Ashmole Academy Trust was formed in 2015 building upon the success of Ashmole Academy and its tradition of outstanding school performance. The Trust has a motto that ‘excellence is a habit’ and seeks to achieve this in all that it does. The Trust sets the highest ambitions for its work creating a learning environment in its school which is second to none. The Trust wants to provide the highest school attainment for all its pupils and students, whatever their age. Happiness, safety and a strong sense of community prevail.
We are a brand new primary school which opened in September 2016 for our first Reception cohort. The school is a two form entry school with classes from Reception up to Year 6; when pupils will carry on into secondary education at Ashmole Academy.
As part of our ongoing expansion we are looking to appoint an ‘Outstanding’ Y1 (KS1) Classroom Teacher from Easter 2020 (or earlier if possible). The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, creative and dynamic, who has high expectations of pupil achievement and progress, with a particular interest in PE and Art. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and developing primary school. We welcome applications from NQTs or experienced teachers.
Please visit our website www.ashmoleprimary.org for further details of the school and to download an application form. Please email your completed application form and supporting letter to age@ashmoleacademy.org
Closing Date for applications: Thursday 16th January 2020 - 10am
Ashmole Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
