ABC Teachers are recruiting for a long-term Year 1 teacher to join their team from December on a long-term basis for 4 days per week for 1 full term.
The school itself is located close to Hollywood, south Birmingham and is a rapidly improving school which has recently benefitted from extensive refurbishments, both in the classroom and around the school, to provide pupils and staff with excellent learning resources. The learning culture at the school has a strong focus on progression and inclusion and the staff work well as a team to maintain a positive environment.
The successful candidate will be a forward thinking and confident teacher who is able to inspire and motivate all children. You will be able to quickly build positive working relationships and you will be able to adapt your teaching for the needs of each child in your class.
What to do next:
To be considered for this position you will be required to attend a face to face registration and hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce. You will need to pay for this upfront, but once you are fully registered, have uploaded this onto the Update Service and have worked 1 full day with us then we will reimburse you the cost. At the registration we will discuss in more detail the work that you are looking for, your experience to date, and also how we are going to work best for you.
We will need to gain references to cover the last 2 years, and a minimum of 2 references must be a school based. Our compliance team have a rigorous safeguarding and clearance process and this is how we know we are working with the best possible team of staff to employ in our schools.
