ABC Teachers are working closely with a rapidly improving school in Sparkhill, Birmingham for a part time teacher to join their team.
The position will be starting in April and will continue on a rolling temporary contract (0.6) potentially until the end of the academic year. The role will be working on a job share basis, planning will be provided for you, and will be from Wednesday – Friday.
The school itself is a large 3 form entry which caters for pupils of all abilities and backgrounds and has a good relationship within the rich and diverse community surrounding the school.
The successful candidate must be a motivated and organised teacher who can thrive as part of a team. You will have excellent curriculum knowledge and you will be able to demonstrate strong behaviour management skills to engage the class as a whole.

To register with us, all candidates will be required to attend a face to face interview, hold an enhanced DBS check in Child Workforce on the Update Service and also gain references to cover the last 2 years. Please note that all teachers must hold valid QTS. For any Teaching Assistant roles you must hold an NVQ Level 3 or above, a relevant educational degree or a minimum of 3 months relevant experience within a UK school in the last 5 years.
