We are currently looking for a teacher to cover a sickness absence in a year 3 class in Ilkeston, the role has been listed to span from September to the end of November, however the school are likely to extend it until at least the Christmas holidays. The school have let me know that they are more than happy to take on an NQT for the role, just as much as they are willing to take on an experienced teacher. They mainly ask for someone who is able to come in and deliver the curriculum to a good standard and is willing to take on all of the responsibilities of a full time member of staff.
The senior leadership team within the school have stated they are going to commit extra resources to assist an NQT, should they desire, with their integration into the school. The school want a teacher who represents their ethos, to reinforce positive attitudes, values and beliefs whilst respecting those which are different from our own. The school itself is to the north east of Derby, on the border with Nottinghamshire, it is mainly accessible via car, but there are local bus routes which stop nearby.
The school are aiming to interview for the role over the summer, most likely with a telephone interview followed by a face to face with the head teacher. The school will want this role filled before September so get in touch as soon as you can to get registered for a chance to be put forward.
If you would like to be registered then click to apply now! Or please contact Kiefer today by calling 01332 219051 or email your CV to firstname.lastname@example.org
