A fantastic primary school in the Castle Bromwich area has a fantastic opportunity available for an ‘outstanding’ practitioner to join their team in the capacity of a full time class teacher from September 2018 until the end of the academic year.
The school is located in the very accessible area of Castle Bromwich. Boasting lovely grounds and excellent new facilities the school is arguably the most sought after in the area.
The position will commence due to the current Year 5 class teacher going on maternity leave. The chosen applicant will therefore be expected to take on the full class teacher role including all planning, assessment and extracurricular responsibilities. A comprehensive handover will be given including some brief planning for the rest of the academic year to enable a smooth transition for the pupils.
The Head Teacher is specifically looking for a dedicated teacher who will take to this role with the determination to encourage pupil progression and provide engaging and informative lessons. All applicants must be confident in their subject knowledge, specifically maths and literacy. Excellent behaviour management is necessary.
For the right candidate this role could lead to a more permanent arrangement.
