North Star Community Trust is looking to appoint a forward thinking, dynamic Year Group Leader for Woodpecker Hall Primary Academy.

The Headteacher is seeking a fantastic Year Group Leader who is enthusiastic about education, resilient, and capable of motivating and guiding colleagues. This role involves leading the quality of teaching, learning, and student outcomes for a specific year group within the school, alongside classroom responsibilities and dedicated release time.

 

The Academy values staff well-being and is dedicated to the professional growth of all team members. You'll receive continual high-quality support from school leaders and participate in relevant training and development activities.
