Grade H - £19,790 - £21,804 pa (this is the pro rata salary for term time only). Full time, term time only plus teacher training days 

37 hours a week. 7.30am – 3.30pm - Monday to Thursday and 7.30am – 3.00pm Friday

We have an exciting, new opportunity for an administration manager to join our school, part of Castle Phoenix Trust. We have the luxury of being a smaller secondary school with the supportive arm of a growing Trust, with lots of opportunities for you to be part of.

You will have the chance to shape this new role, to lead an enthusiastic and committed team of admin staff, who are integral to our school, to help us to deliver an outstanding service, especially to our students, who deserve the very best. 

You would have a key role in supporting us in with a range of projects and we would like to find someone who enjoys new experiences, problem solving, using their own initiative, leading and being part of a team and making a difference. Every day will be different and we will play to your strengths.

The successful candidate will ideally have a proven track record of leading staff and some budgetary and/or HR experience. However, excellent communication, IT and organisational skills are a must as is the will to go that extra mile to deliver outstanding and responsive customer service.
