As an Assistant Principal, you will have the opportunity to lead on the following areas: Data, Examinations & Computer Science. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will also be centrally involved in the overall leadership and management of the academy and will help to establish a school culture that is both nurturing and rigorous. We are looking for candidates who specialise in Computer Science, as this role will require you to lead in the development of the Computer Science curriculum. This is an essential requirement for this job role.
You are someone who understands the difference a great education can make to pupils lives as you are a great role model for not only them but other teachers too. You must be educated to degree level or above and have experience in delivering consistently outstanding lessons to pupils of all ages and abilities. You will need to be a great team player and leader with a resilient character and strong personal drive.
