Deputy Head of Sixth Form

KTJ is an independent, co-educational school for 950 students aged 3 – 19. Our Primary day school follows the British National Curriculum and the International Primary Curriculum while our secondary boarding school, modelled on a British style education, offers IGCSE and A levels.

Applications are invited from enthusiastic and collegial teachers wishing to join a warm and friendly boarding community, who are prepared to participate fully in our extensive extra-curricular activities programme. The students are truly delightful and many teachers who arrive at the school are pleasantly surprised by the fact that they are able to come here and teach!

The successful candidate will need to be energetic, enthusiastic and keen to accept a challenging but highly rewarding opportunity. Approximately 26 periods a week will be required to be taught in any recognisable subject but preference will be given to one of the following specialisations: .French, EAL, English, History, Music or Learning Support.  Some experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
