DEPUTY HOLIDAY CLUB MANAGER WITH EARLY YEARS AFTER SCHOOL CARE

Are you passionate about working with children? Do you have previous experience of being part of a dedicated and hardworking team who have high expectations with a caring approach?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well qualified Childcare Professional, you may also be a Teacher, with experience to act as a Manager in our Holiday Club and After School Care team. You will act as Deputy Manager to our Holiday Club Manager with responsibility for leading in our Shrimps (children aged 2-3) and Snappers (children aged 4-7) sections. You will be involved in planning and preparing sessions that are engaging and stimulating for all children and meet the standards of excellence across the school. We are seeking someone who is creative, well motivated, able to work on their own initiative and inspire a wider team, communicate effectively with all stakeholders and, above all, be able to multi-task and cope well with interruptions and differing demands.
This is a full time post, working an average of 37.5 hours per week over an academic year, specifically working 10.30am to 6.00pm daily in term time and 8.15am to 5.30pm in Holiday Club periods. You are entitled to 25 days holiday in any one year (plus statutory holidays).
