Founded in 1847, Taunton School is a well-respected co-educational independent school in the county town of Taunton in Somerset. It serves boarding and day-school pupils from the ages of 0 to 18.
The Foundation is well established and has enjoyed significant growth and success over recent years. We are now looking to recruit a talented Development and Alumni Relations Manager to secure significant philanthropic gifts in support of the exciting next stage in the School’s development.
We have a robust and well supported development strategy in place to ensure that we offer life-changing education for talented children, through our bursaries programme and to provide funding for capital projects.
Reporting directly to the Foundation Director, and deputising for them as required, this post holder will be an ambitious self-starter, with the fundraising skills required to help continue Taunton School’s growth in gift income, as well as developing a strong engagement programme with a national and international alumni and parent community.
This post would suit someone with experience within a development office, looking to further develop their career.
