Digital T Level Course Manager – Digital, Business and Hardware – 0.8 FTE
£21,829 - £36,003 pro rata per annum plus relocation expenses up to £2,000
Remission of 2 hours per week or £2,500 additional payment per annum
We are looking for an ambitious Computing tutor with an excellent academic background to help our students to reach their full potential with these new qualifications. You should have an inspiring and effective delivery style and excellent subject knowledge of IT to be able to deliver on L2 IT, transition and T Level programs within our vocational team. In return you will be working with a team of excellent colleagues and there will be plenty of professional development opportunities.
A knowledge of agile project management methodologies and some experience of a programming language e.g. Python, C, C#, C++, Javascript frameworks, Java, PHP and SQL would also be desirable.
A strong honours degree and a teaching qualification would be of benefit. However if you have the right technical expertise and wish to join the teaching profession and develop a career, we will support you to undertake a teaching qualification alongside this post.
