ISR International School on the Rhine is a leading international IB World school in the Neuss, Düsseldorf and Cologne region in Germany. There are about 900 students from 45 nations attending Kindergarten through Grade 12.

We are looking to raise standards at ISR by attracting educators who can maximise learning opportunities, display strong and fair leadership skills, be approachable to all ISR stake-holders (staff, families and students alike) and most of all have a passion for education that drives everyday life.
We are looking for teachers who may be searching for their first leadership post or more experienced teachers who may be searching for fresh challenges in their careers. You may at present be working in Primary or Senior School: a proven track record of leadership experience in a successful school is not as important as a desire to demonstrate strategic awareness, the skill to think creatively and really “push the needle.”
