This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Officer to join a new and expanding Academy.
Located in the centre of Brixton, Trinity Academy is determined to become one of the best schools in south London. We have excellent facilities, having recently moved into our new purpose built school. We are innovative and caring with an unwavering focus on behaviour and academic standards.
The Academy has Investors in People recognition (Silver Award) and has recently been judged as Good in its first Ofsted inspection.
We are looking to appoint a Finance Officer to assist the Business Manager in maintaining and developing an excellent Finance Department to support the Academy as it continues to grow. Applicants should have experience of working in a finance or accounting department. Previous experience of working in a school is desirable but not essential.
Ideally, you will be AAT qualified or be part qualified in a Chartered Accountancy (or similar) qualification or be willing to work towards these qualifications.
