We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Head of Business to lead our successful and vibrant department. We are looking for a dynamic leader with a clear sense of purpose with high expectations of all students and able to deploy a range of techniques and approaches.
You will receive high quality support and CPD and will be encouraged to develop enquiry and research that will improve the understanding of Business across the school. This is an opportunity to work in a friendly, supportive and well-resourced establishment.
The successful candidate will;
- be a highly competent teacher
- have experience of improving the practice of other Business teachers
- be experienced in delivering good results in Business
- exude a passion for Business which is evident in their day to day classroom practice
- inspire, motivate and excite the students about Business
- have achieved high rates of progress and attainment
- have key experience of tracking student progress and planning intervention
- be a learner and reflective practitioner.
