Essential: A Good Honours Degree or Equivalent in Subject Area, QTS, At least two years successful teaching of subject area, Proven leadership of curriculum development and delivery, Ability to Lead and Manage effectively, create a coherent and effective team, respond well to challenge, Evidence of good teaching, leading to high attainment and good progress, Understanding of the use of assessment to inform planning attitude to learning and progress, Understanding and use of data analysis, evidence of approved outcomes.
