We are looking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to assist our English students at GCSE level. 

The role will specifically involve assisting those lower achieving students, to help develop their literacy skills. The successful candidate will also support the SEND team to enhance vulnerable students’ understanding of literacy in everyday situations and to help prepare them for life after school, along with teaching small groups and organise/deliver KS4 interventions.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, conscientious, talented and caring. This person must have a professional approach to their work, joining our committed staff at our academy. The successful candidate will help support our inclusive vision and help us to achieve the next level of success.
