About the role

Townsville Catholic Education is currently seeking a HR Education Partner - Development and Performance to support the continued growth and development of the Townsville Catholic Education (TCE) Human Resources team.

The HR Education Partner – Development and Performance supports TCE's ongoing efforts to improve capability by providing operational case management, performance and employee development services and support. This position works collaboratively with the Human Resources Manager within the wider Human Resources team.

The HR Education Partner – Development and Performance is responsible for partnering with the directorates, building solid relationships with principals, system leaders and other stakeholders to deliver industrial and best practice solutions and effective outcomes for TCE. This is achieved by providing advice and strategies addressing all aspects of employee discipline, performance management, performance improvement plans, workplace investigations, facilitation/conduct of employee counselling and disciplinary actions. The role analyses and reports on issues arising from complaints/grievances and liaises with school and office stakeholders as required.
