Bournville School is seeking to appoint an innovative and highly motivated Intervention Officer to support the school in helping to remove student barriers to learning whether that be social, emotional, mental health or attendance issues. To support the raising of standards in the school by intervening with individuals and groups of students, including those at risk of exclusion. To communicate effectively with the Safeguarding Lead, staff, external agencies and parents to assist in the removal of barriers impeding student progress, to arrange actions and reviewing services for children and families.
