We are seeking to appoint an accomplished IT Service Desk Manager to manage the team responsible for operating the first line component of the service desk within the ICT shared service. The successful candidate will provide leadership and develop a customer-first culture within the team as they represent the main route for all customers to access the IT services.
At least 2 years’ experience of working as an IT Technician or similar in a service desk support function is required, ideally in a significantly sized educational establishment supporting approximately 2,000+ networked PCs and 100+ servers. An understanding of Google G Suite and Office 365 applications is essential.
