The Resource Base
The Resource Base at Deptford Green is for Students with a diagnosis of ASD who are expected to spend at least 50% of their time in the mainstream school.
You will work with the Resource Base Lead to manage a team of LSAs who provide specialist support to those pupils both in the Resource Base and lessons and activities in the rest of the school.
The successful candidate will be able to manage a dynamic and sometimes challenging working environment. You will have experience working with students with ASD, and experience delivering support using ASD specific strategies and resources. You will also have sound knowledge of the support needs of students with ASD.
Actual Salary: £25,193.27, Scale 6 point 18 (This includes the 1.75% support staff pay increase from 01.04.2022)
