Are you looking for a role which will have a direct impact on the lives of young people?

 We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has a high level of resilience and is caring, approachable and supportive, to join our fantastic OFSTED graded GOOD school, Middleton Technology (part of Great Academies Education Trust).

 We have a vacancy for a Learning Mentor to support the Learning and Progress Coordinator to ensure that matters relating to individual pupil attendance, learning and behaviour management, safeguarding/child protection and pupil well-being are addressed professionally, collaboratively and with regard to Academy policies

 This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Appointment to this post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring check.

 The ability to converse at ease with customers and service users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is an essential requirement of this post.

Middleton Technology School is an 11-16 school, and is one of 4 secondary schools serving the town of Middleton within the Borough of Rochdale to the north of the Manchester boundary. The school is part of Great Academies Education Trust which is a small multi academy trust.
