We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team of staff supporting students with their learning and additional support needs. You will proactively support teaching and learning, both in and out of the classroom including supporting learning with identified students and generally under the supervision of the teacher. You will also ensure that all students, including those with potential additional support needs, are given the opportunities they need to reach and exceed their potential You may already have experience of working with young people within an educational setting, or you may be looking to develop your career and believe that you have the skills and personal attributes needed to support learning within a busy and diverse college environment. Above all, you will have an interest in helping young people to achieve and progress to the next stage in their lives.
