Maltings Academy and New Rickstones Academy in Witham, Essex are graded ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ by Ofsted respectively. Both have a state of the art new building offering fantastic facilities for both students and staff alike.  

We are recruiting a Midday Assistant to help to maintain the safety, welfare and good conduct of our students during the midday break and undertake cleaning in and around dining areas.  You will support our ‘discipline with dignity’ approach to foster a supportive and friendly atmosphere.   The successful candidate will be able to maintain a safe working environment, be able to work well as part of a team and possess great communication and people skills.  

Hours of work are 1pm-2pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. The position is based at Maltings Academy. The position is due to start as soon as possible.
