City of London Academy Islington and the nearby City of London Academy Highbury Grove are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to Executive Principal to work across both sites.

The City of London Academy Islington is a transformed Academy with outstanding leadership and management (OFSTED 2014). The Academy’s 2016 and 2017 GCSE results were outstanding. In 2016, the Academy being ranked 15th in the country, 6th in London and 1st in Islington for pupil progress, with a Progress 8 score of 0.81. The Academy’s 2017 progress score for A Levels placed the school in the top 10% of all sixth form providers in the country. Ninety percent of our Year 13 students secured a place at university, with many progressing to Russell Group institutions.

The City of London Academy Highbury Grove is on a journey to re-establish itself as an outstanding provider of high-quality education. The school’s mission is to embed excellence in everything they do and staff will play an instrumental role in school improvement, developing whole-school systems and ensuring that the school is outstanding.
