The successful candidate will be part of a tutorial support team providing vital teaching and support to our students. Central to the role is providing 1:1 support to young people who may be having difficulties with their studies, for whatever reason. Liaising with parents and other support services is vital in this. In addition, the successful candidate will play a key part in the delivery of our tutorial provision, in an A level environment designed to help young people progress to university and to thrive in the modern workplace.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and will be comfortable in dealing with young people in potentially challenging situations. They will have a strong working knowledge of safeguarding procedures and will have a proven track record of delivering pastoral support to young people.
