The School is looking for an experienced, highly organised and efficient HR/Personnel Administrator to work across a broad spectrum of personnel related matters.
Applicants should possess good communication skills, both oral and written, with strong attention to detail and will be able to work confidentially with tact and discretion. Experience in administering the recruitment process, preparing and maintaining employee files and records, organising meetings, taking minutes and assisting with pension administration and queries will be the key tasks to this very busy role.
The successful candidate will have previous personnel administration experience and ideally experience of working in education. Strong ICT skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential and experience of SIMS desirable.
Candidates currently studying for CIPD qualification or considering this will be welcome.
Hours will be 8.00am-4pm Monday-Thursday and 8.00am-3.30pm Friday with 30 minute unpaid lunch break. This is a term time only post working 38 weeks per year + 2 weeks in the summer holidays and 2 further weeks to be agreed.
