About the role

St John Bosco Catholic School, Collinsville is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join their school. This role is a full time, permanent position commencing as soon as practicable

Collinsville, located a scenic drive 85km west from Bowen and 106km from Airlie Beach, is the ideal country retreat surrounded by the beautiful Whitsundays Islands and Great Barrier Reef.  As a Townsville Catholic Education (TCE) teacher, you will be eligible for our Incentive Payments Remote Area Staff Scheme (IPRASS).

Mandatory Criteria/Professional Registration/Other

  • Appropriate Tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner.
