Part Time Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 3 days to be agreed, term time only plus 2 days to be worked during school holidays.
We have an opportunity for an outstanding receptionist and administrator to join our high-functioning reception and administration team.
You will deliver first class reception and administration support as part of a busy support team. The role will provide support to reception for part of your working week with duties to include answering the telephone, meeting and greeting visitors, making room bookings, handling parental enquiries, handling student enquiries. As an outstanding school’s “front of house”, maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area and upholding safeguarding requirements is paramount. There will also be an opportunity to work with an outstanding team in the main office. Duties for this will include arranging meetings, taking minutes, preparing letters, using databases, and other general office duties.
You will be highly organised with superb interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as accurate data entry and word processing, and proficiency in the use of email, PowerPoint, etc. MS Excel skills and experience of the school CMIS system will be a distinct advantage. You will have the ability to work under pressure with excellent organisational skills.
The role is predominantly to support the administration of the Arthur Terry School, but, from time to time, you may be required to provide wider administration support within our Learning Partnership.
