Systems Accountant

Full time, 5 year recurring contract

 


The Systems Accountant supports the ONCE Project Manager in the planning, implementation and support of the ONCE Project, with the emphasis on the successful implementation of a new enterprise Student Information System (SIS) and Finance Management System (FMS). The role will also provide ongoing administration and maintenance support for schools in production.

 

 Applicants must:

  • have a current NSW Working with Children Check
  • have the ability to handle tasks with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • have a working knowledge of WH&S and equity in employment and a demonstrated capacity to apply related principles and policies.

 

Selection Criteria

  • Tertiary accounting qualification or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise financial systems in a large and complex organisation.
  • Knowledge/experience in information systems deployment.
  • Demonstrated experience in training and supporting change.
  • Highly defined analytical, problem solving skills.
