Penistone Grammar School has a vacancy for a full-time, permanent Teacher of English who has the enthusiasm and drive to join our amazing team of English professionals.
Contract: Full time, permanent

About the role:
You will be a first-class practitioner who will thrive upon the commitment our students have to their learning, a teacher who has the determination and talent to make a difference in the life of each and every student you teach; a teacher who shares our vision and can inspire our young people to achieve more than they believe is possible.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of teaching English with a proven track record at KS4 and KS5, or be enthusiastic about taking on the challenge that teaching to examination level will bring.

Penistone Grammar School really is a special place to work. There’s no doubt that our amazing student body of 1900 students, including 300 Post 16 students, and our state-of-the-art building set in beautiful surroundings, make coming to work worthwhile.
