The Boswells School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time teacher of English (0.4 FTE). We are looking for the successful candidate to deliver high quality English lessons to develop an already strong provision within our English faculty.
You will be joining a school with enthusiastic and dedicated leaders at senior and middle leadership levels and a commitment to the professional development of staff. The Boswells School is an 11-18, very successful, popular and oversubscribed school in the Springfield area of Chelmsford, Essex. We consistently achieve outstanding GCSE results with 74% and 79% of our students achieving a grade 4 or above in English Language and English Literature respectively and 55% and 59% a grade 5 or above. Our Sixth Form is also thriving and results in this area are also well above both Essex and National averages.
