At GNSA, we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, positive and innovative teacher to join a welcoming and vibrant Science team. The ideal applicant will have a spark and passion for Science and would instill a love of this fascinating subject within their pupils. Both the Science  department and the Academy are committed to developing the teaching of Science and welcome candidates to join us during this exciting time.

Our  results show a positive Progress 8 score in Science, with 82% securing grades 4-9, 100% securing grades 4-9 in Biology, Chemistry and Physics with 74% in combined science. We understand the privileged position we are in to educate and mold the generation of tomorrow. Our key aim is to help them develop into confident, well-rounded and caring individuals.

Our Science Department consists of 11 teachers, NQTs and experienced. We have 10 labs over 2 floors with 2 prep rooms and 3 technicians to help and support staff.

At our Academy, we promote the values of the Sikh community: serving others, humility, achievement, respect and equality. We are a school which has perfected the balance between our British heritage and the Sikh ethos. As a result, we welcome staff from a range of backgrounds and faiths to join our vibrant and inclusive environment.
