Work Based Learning Assessor – Ref 222
Hours – 22.5 hours per week
Salary - £ 13,636 – £ 14,869
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, learner-focused, inspirational work-based learning assessor to join an outstanding curriculum team. Although the advertised post is for 3 days/week, there is an opportunity to expand this to full-time The successful candidate will plan, co-ordinate, assess and review the learning activities associated with learners in the workplace. They will also manage a caseload of learners, organise workplace assessment visits and meetings with employers. The successful candidate will be learner-focussed and target driven; their learners will be constantly stretched and challenged to achieve their full potential and they will accept nothing other than ‘outstanding’ outcomes and levels of performance.
