This is a lesson designed for the New Welsh Curriculum and aimed at KS3. It is meant to challenge, inspire and allow pupils to develop skills. I trialled this with my year 7 class and it was very popular and pupils were engaged. I would appreciate any feedback - positive or negative. Lesson suitable for years 5-8 looking at the Hindu creation story.(used as a follow on from looking at the Christian story of creation in Genesis) Includes photocopiable slides and a video clip. Paired and individual activities using observation and discussion. Tasks include 1.Watch the video clip and number the parts of the story correctly. 2. Re write the story of Hindu Creation using the images displayed on the board. 3. Draw each image. 4. Compare the Christian and Hindu story of creation using a venn diagram

Looking at the teachings of Jesus and the parable of the sheep and the goats. This was produced with the WJEC RE course in mind but could also by used with KS3.
