Hours: Monday to Friday Term time: 8.30 am- 4pm

Grade: H24 - 0.86 FTE pro rata

Salary: £24,774

To work as part of the whole staff team in supporting students to access learning.

To promote a culture of inclusion and support in the Inclusion Unit as required.

To pro-actively support the emotional and behavioural difficulties experienced by students through providing direct interventions.

Modelling appropriate social skills and supporting students in making the right choices.

Working with colleagues to promote good learning habits in pupils whilst promoting the highest expectations of behaviour. 

Supervising pupils and engaging positively with them in both structured and unstructured times. 

Maintaining professional boundaries at all times and observing / upholding the values and ethos of LSEAT and Endeavour Academy.
